Service Users

In the Service Users tab, users are designated to access the MIP platform, and the creation process mandates the inclusion of a valid email address. It is imperative to thoughtfully select the roles assigned to each user, ensuring alignment with their specific requirements and responsibilities within the platform. By carefully tailoring roles, we can optimize user access and permissions, fostering a more secure and efficient environment that caters to individual user needs.

UsernameUsername of the service user.
EmailThe valid email to which the service user is connected.
PasswordPassword field that the user must provide together with the service username when logging into the MIP platform
RolesList of roles that need to be defined in accordance with the needs of the service user

The following roles can be defined in MIP:

  • UI User: This user role can only see page views in MIP, not the content of any options or categories.

  • Developer: This user role has access to every category and option available in MIP.

  • Admin: This user role has access to every category and option available in MIP.

  • Monitoring: This user role has access to every category and option available in MIP.

  • Service User: This user role can only see page views in MIP, not the content of any options or categories.

Clicking the three dots under the "Action" heading offers the following options:

  • Edit Service User: Allows changing service user details.
  • Delete Service User: Allows the removal of service users.
