Multicast reliability fixes for flows that process several messages at the same time.

Multicast branches always run under concurrent load: When several messages passed through Multicast nodes at the same time, they could interfere with each other's branch selection. A branch could then be skipped, or the first branch could run twice in its place, without any error: the main record ended as SUCCESS and the record of the skipped branch was missing. Each message now determines and selects its branches independently, so every branch runs for every message.
A Multicast error affects only its own message: An error in a Multicast branch of one message could suppress node logs and change the final status recorded for other messages, in any flow, until another message cleared the condition. The error state is now kept per message.
