The Backend Server's connectivity check for the Frontend Server honours the legacy FRONTEND_HTTP_ENDPOINT setting again.

Frontend Server connectivity check honours FRONTEND_HTTP_ENDPOINT again: Since the address for this check has been resolved through the central endpoint catalog, the Backend Server's connection latency check for the Frontend Server no longer used the legacy FRONTEND_HTTP_ENDPOINT setting. Installations that configure the Frontend Server address this way, in both Docker Compose and Kubernetes deployments, checked a local default address instead and reported the Frontend Server as ERROR on every backend pod. The check now falls back to FRONTEND_HTTP_ENDPOINT again; FRONTEND_SERVER_BASE_URL still takes precedence when it is set.
