Version 1.18.3.0

Release Date: September 28, 2026 Release Type: Stable Previously published as: 1.18.33 (image tag staging-1.18.33)

Per-flow overrides of global flow configuration now take effect on running flows without a re-deploy, and the Groovy editor no longer reports a false timeout for scripts that are slow to compile.

Backend Server

New Features

  • Per-flow global configuration overrides apply without a re-deploy: Blocking or unblocking an inherited global flow configuration on a flow is now read live for every message instead of from the snapshot taken at deploy time. The change takes effect on the already running flow without a re-deploy. The flow's own local configuration entries and its log level still take effect on deploy, as before.

Bug Fixes

  • Groovy editor no longer reports a timeout for a script that never ran: The editor's execution time limit covered both compiling and running a script, so on a busy server a slow first compilation could be reported as "Script execution timed out" even for a script with no loop in it. The limit now covers only the run; a compilation error is still reported as an exception. The limit, 3 seconds by default, can be changed with the mip.groovy-editor.script-timeout-seconds setting.
